Less tests than expected
I seem to have been distracted and not blogged for a bit. I did the Fenland Fitness study thing last week. They didn’t give me a VO2 max test, which was disappointing. Went away for Xmas, visiting family. We completed outbound train journeys by fluke but getting home was OK. It was snowy while we were up North, but everything down South was clear by the time we saw it again.
